On Thursday 16 March the “LEAD WITH A” workshop was held by Carmen Clemente at the headquarters of the Pons Foundation, co-organized by PONS Business School, the Movistar Estudiantes Business Club and the “Colegio Superior de Coaching”.

A workshop that seeks to bring a more productive vision of women’s leadership, to understand what it means to lead without detaching ourselves from our most intimate and personal selves, and the power and strength behind our distinctive traits transmitted from generation to generation.

Carmen Clemente told us about the feminine space, its origins and characteristics and the variations that have become of it. The integration of the feminine in the world around us forces us to acquire new roles, since a deep gap has opened up in society since we have been able to get rid of our secondary role in it. Our idea is that we go out to the world with the “W” factor by flag. Because every generation, every social time, every new space needs a different leadership that takes advantage of all the resources to get the maximum potential, today is the time, space and generation to LEAD WITH A.
